Placing an order online

Placing an order with us is safe, straightforward and simple via our secure server. The first thing you will need is a Credit or Debit card - we accept Visa, Master Card, Delta, Maestro and Solo. Then all you need to do is choose which items you'd like to buy from our online store and click the 'order' button


You've chosen the items you'd like to buy and they are in your basket. Now you can go and pay for them. After you have clicked the 'Checkout' button, you'll be presented with a screen that lists all the items you've put in your basket. Now is the time to double-check that you've got the right items. Have you got the right amount? Have you forgotten something you'd like to add.

Swiping your card 'virtually'

OK, you've checked your order so now enter your address details. Once you have checked that all the details are correct, simply click the 'Send Order' button to be transferred to our secure server, where you will be asked for your card details. Your card will be debited the amount that was shown on screen and an E-mail sent to you to confirm the transaction. Congratulations, your order will be with you very shortly!!

Our aim is to bring you the highest quality products at the best prices on the market. Our Price Match Challenge promises you that if you can find the same item cheaper from another online retailer, we will match their price and beat it by £1.00.

Please note the following conditions apply:

  • Item's condition must be brand new and boxed where applicable

Returns and Refunds - 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We have a simple but comprehensive returns and refunds policy which means that most queries can be resolved quickly and easily. We believe that you will be delighted with your product but there may be occasions where you feel it necessary to return an item.

We aim to keep the process as simple as possible. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.

If you return the product (in its original condition with all packaging and instruction manuals included and intact) within 30 days of the date on which you received it, we will refund you any money that you paid us for that product.

All you pay is the return postage or carriage charges for the goods. Please contact us by telephone on (01892) 740894 or by e-mail at and we will allocate you a Returns Code that must be included with the package.

We usually ask that you send items back to us via Royal Mail First Class (Recorded, Singed For), but occasionally items may have to be picked up by a courier service. Please obtain a proof of posting certificate from your Post Office or call us so that we can arrange a date and time for the collection.

Faulty Goods

If you return an item to us which is faulty, or any other reason which is our fault, please contact us by telephone on (01892) 740894 or by e-mail at and we will arrange a full refund or replacement.

In the event of you returning goods to us because of a fault, we will also pay the cost of the return postage. In this event, please contact us first and we will allocate you a Refund Code (which must be included with the package) and we will also advise you how and where to send the item back to us.

We usually ask that you send items back to us via Royal Mail First Class (Recorded), but occasionally items may have to be picked up by a courier service. Please obtain a proof of posting certificate from your Post Office to enable us to process the refund for your return postage costs.

You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us. For your own protection, we suggest that you use a secure delivery method that requires a signature upon delivery such as Royal Mail First Class (Recorded Delivery).

WEEE Regulations

The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive is now UK law.

The legislation aims to make producers pay for the collection, treatment and recovery of waste electrical equipment. The regulations also mean that suppliers of equipment like high street shops and internet retailers must allow consumers to return their waste equipment free of charge.

The amount of WEEE we throw away is increasing by around 5% each year, making it the fastest growing waste stream in the UK.

Much of the UK's WEEE ends up in landfill, where the lead, and other toxins it contains, can cause soil and water contamination. This can have a harmful effect on natural habitat, wildlife and also human health.

Many electrical items that we throw away can be repaired or recycled. Recycling items helps to save our natural finite resources and also reduces the environmental and health risks associated with sending electrical goods to landfill.

Distributors of new Electric and Electronic Equipment (EEE) have a part to play in reducing the amount of WEEE going into landfill sites.

GAPco is obliged under these regulations to offer our customers free take-back of their WEEE on a like-for-like basis when they buy a new Electrical or Electronic product from us.

For example, if a customer bought a new effects pedal from us we would accept their old effects pedal and prevent it going into a landfill site by disposing of it safely. Customers must return their WEEE item to us within 28 days of purchasing their new item.

Under the WEEE Regulations, all new electrical goods should now be marked with a crossed-out wheeled bin symbol.

Goods are marked with this symbol to show that they were produced after 13th August 2005, and should be disposed of separately from normal household waste so that they can be recycled.
